David Foster was born in Victoria, British Columbia. David full name is David Walter Foster. David Foster is the son of Maurice Foster, worked as an office worker, and his mother is Eleanor May. she was a homemaker. David auditioned in an Edmonton nightclub for the spot of band leader in 1965.
